The problem

Deal sites tend to fail in one of two ways: they list everything and become noise, or they list too little and give shoppers no reason to return. The operational half is harder than the storefront — dispatch times, returns and payment handling are what decide whether a customer comes back.

The approach

A curated catalogue across electronics, home and garden, and fashion, with the operational promises built into the platform rather than bolted on: same-day dispatch before the daily cut-off, free delivery over £40, tracked shipping, a 14-day returns window and Stripe checkout.
