The problem

Letting a property in the UK involves three parties who each work in a different system, and a tenancy agreement that historically meant printing, signing, scanning and chasing. The delay between "tenant agreed" and "contract signed" is where lettings fall through.

The approach

A single portal covering listing, enquiry and referencing through to a tenancy agreement signed online. Built so an agent, a private landlord and a tenant can all work in the same flow rather than emailing documents between three separate processes.
