Practice Hub UK

Practices were paying for fourteen separate tools, or doing the work by hand. One platform instead: bookkeeping, MTD filing, client onboarding and deadline tracking.

The problem

A small accounting practice typically runs on a stack it never chose: one tool for bookkeeping, another for VAT submission, a spreadsheet for deadlines, a shared inbox for onboarding, and a folder structure that only one person understands. Every one of those is a subscription, and every gap between them is manual re-keying.

The approach

Rather than build one large system, I built fourteen small tools that share a client record. A practice can adopt one, prove it works, and add the next — no migration project, no all-or-nothing decision. The tools cover the full practice cycle: ledger and bookkeeping, MTD VAT filing, statutory deadline tracking, client onboarding and document collection.

Who built it

Practice Hub UK was founded and built by Abdul Rehman Sandhu, a qualified accountant and technology advisor working with businesses globally. The same diagnostic approach behind this venture is the one applied in client engagements.
