TheTutorNest

A global tutor marketplace with escrow payouts and a built-in classroom, matching tutors with families across time zones and currencies.

The problem

Cross-border tutoring has a trust problem in both directions. The family cannot verify the tutor and does not want to pay upfront; the tutor, often in a different country and currency, cannot be confident of being paid at all. Most marketplaces solve one side and leave the other exposed.

The approach

Escrow payouts so funds are committed before a lesson and released after it, plus a built-in whiteboard classroom so the lesson does not depend on a third-party tool. Scheduling handles time zones properly, and payouts handle the currency mismatch, because both are the actual barrier to a tutor in one country teaching a family in another.

Who built it

TheTutorNest was founded and built by Abdul Rehman Sandhu, a qualified accountant and technology advisor working with businesses globally. The same diagnostic approach behind this venture is the one applied in client engagements.
