The problem

ERP projects fail more often than they succeed, and they rarely fail on the technology. They fail because the business process was never examined before it was encoded: the implementation faithfully reproduces the inefficiency, at considerably greater cost, and now it is set in software. The other common failure is platform loyalty — a partner who sells one product will always find that one product to be the answer.

The approach

Platform-agnostic by design, across three of the major systems, so the recommendation can honestly be "none of these" or "the smaller one". Engagements start with the process review rather than the licence discussion, and cover strategy through migration to go-live and managed service. It is the same method as an advisory engagement, at enterprise scale and with a longer implementation tail.
