The problem

Pakistan's FBR digital invoicing mandate turned every sales invoice into a compliance event. Businesses were handling it as a manual step per invoice — submit, wait, record the reference — which does not survive any meaningful transaction volume.

The approach

Integration at the system level so invoices are submitted and reconciled automatically, with failures surfaced as a queue to resolve rather than silently dropped. Compliance becomes a background process instead of a job someone has to remember to do.
