PingWise

Uptime and scheduled-job monitoring, so an alert tells you a system is down before a customer does.

The problem

Most small teams discover an outage from a customer email. Worse, they never discover a failed scheduled job at all — the nightly export that quietly stopped running three weeks ago surfaces as a data problem months later.

The approach

Uptime monitoring plus dead-man's-switch heartbeats for scheduled jobs: the job checks in when it succeeds, and silence is what raises the alarm. That inversion is the point — it catches the failure mode that ordinary monitoring cannot see.

Who built it

PingWise was founded and built by Abdul Rehman Sandhu, a qualified accountant and technology advisor working with businesses globally. The same diagnostic approach behind this venture is the one applied in client engagements.
