PracticePA

Practice management for accounting firms — workflow, statutory deadlines and client tracking in one place instead of a shared inbox.

The problem

Most accounting practices know what work is outstanding only because a partner holds it in their head. Deadlines are tracked in a spreadsheet that one person updates, job status lives in an email thread, and the answer to "where is this client up to" requires asking three people.

The approach

A workflow and deadline engine built around the statutory calendar the firm actually works to, with every job carrying its own status, owner and document trail. The design principle was that nothing should require a partner to remember it.

Who built it

PracticePA was founded and built by Abdul Rehman Sandhu, a qualified accountant and technology advisor working with businesses globally. The same diagnostic approach behind this venture is the one applied in client engagements.
